Note Setters/Right Sides we will have some optional workouts that will be determined by your/my schedules. I would like to have at least 6-8 extra workouts this summer.

Also… I will set a skill list focus for individual practices. Our skill days will always have a focus to them. In the beginning of the summer we will start out with the basics and work towards advanced skills and combinations. All are important and all are mandatory unless you have cleared missing a workout with me.

I understand things like family vacations and various other things that might keep you from attending, but not communicating those absences will not be tolerated by the coaching staff or your teammates!

We will be tracking stats each skill practice through out the summer and also our summer league matches. Our goal will be to see improvement and give you stats you can compete against to help our competitiveness and so you can see your improvement. I want to see you enthusiastically trying to make each day better. This type of competition should be you against your own numbers and not against your teammates.
